Forgot you password?
If you have forgotten your password, these are the steps you need to take to get a new one:
- Type in the e-mail address associated with your user account and click on “Send”.
- You will receive an e-mail with an address of a web page you need to go to. Open it in your browser and click on “Reset my password”.
- You will get a new password in your e-mail. If you want to change it to something else, log in to Pedigree Lines, go to My … Account and fill in the “Change Password” box.
Please note that, because of the way your passwords are stored, we do not know what your current password is and cannot send it to you. We can only generate a new password for you.
